HAVE A STRESS-FREE FEST WHEN YOU FIGURE OUT THE INS & OUTS
BANGALORE OPEN AIR IS AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL. HOWEVER, ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED TO PEOPLE AGED 21 YEARS AND ABOVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAWS.

CASHLESS PAYMENT AT THE FESTIVAL

All purchases of liquor, food, at the festival will be done via a cashless system to ensure quicker and smoother transactions.

Upon check-in, attendees will receive a top-up card/wristband that can be loaded with funds at multiple top-up stations across the venue.

These top-up stations are located at the main entrance and several other spots within the festival area for your convenience.

A one-time fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for activating the card.

AGE POLICY

ATTENDEES UNDER 18: Must be accompanied by an Adult

CHILDREN UNDER 10: Are allowed to attend the festival for free only accompanied by a parent or guardian.
VIP ADMISSION
We believe in an inclusive experience for all attendees. Therefore, there are no VIP tickets for Bangalore Open Air. Everyone will have access to the same incredible performances and amenities.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
For safety and security reasons, re-entry is not permitted once you exit the festival grounds. Plan ahead and make sure you have everything you need before entering. The festival reserves the right to admission.
TICKETING
Our ticket booth is located conveniently inside the festival premises and is accessible to all attendees.

You can purchase your tickets using a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.

Tickets can also be purchased online through BookMyShow in advance to avoid delays at the box office.
ON-SITE TICKET AVAILABILITY
If you haven't purchased tickets in advance, no worries! On-site ticket sales at the Box Office start at 11:00 AM on the day of the festival.
WRIST BANDS
Wristbands are your key to the festival and are required for entry.

You can pick up your wristband at the Box Office after exchanging your E-ticket (from platforms like BookMyShow).

Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times within the festival grounds. Each wristband allows entry for one person only.
ENTRY & SECURITY
Your safety is our priority. The festival entrance will be managed by a professional security team to ensure a smooth and secure entry for everyone.

Expect bag checks and metal detectors at the entrance.

No re-entry is permitted once you exit the festival.

FOOD & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Our festival will feature a curated Food Court offering a variety of cuisines and Bars serving alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol will only be served to individuals over 21 years of age, and a valid government-issued ID will be required for verification.

Enjoy responsibly, and hydrate regularly!
PARKING
Parking for the festival will be available at a designated lot opposite Royal Orchid Resorts.

The lot can accommodate up to 100 vehicles, so arrive early to secure a spot.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIROMENT
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact.

Recycling bins will be available throughout the venue for proper waste disposal.

Help us keep the venue clean by disposing of your trash responsibly.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
While you are welcome to capture your festival memories on your mobile phone, professional photography equipment (including DSLRs and GoPros) is prohibited unless you have a media pass.
PETS
Please note that Bangalore Open Air is not a pet-friendly festival. We kindly request attendees to leave their pets at home, as no animals will be allowed within the festival grounds for safety and security reasons.

RIGHT TO ADMISSION & SECURITY POLICY
Bangalore Open Air reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the festival grounds if they are found to be violating any of the event policies or engaging in inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

Disorderly conduct

Refusal to comply with security checks

Possession of prohibited items

STRICT NARCOTICS POLICY
Bangalore Open Air enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding narcotics.

If any individual is found in possession of or using illegal drugs, they will be immediately removed from the festival and handed over to the local authorities.

Attendees are subject to thorough security checks, and any violations will be taken seriously to ensure the safety of all festival-goers.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all festival-goers, the following items are strictly prohibited:

Aerosol cans, cigarettes, public safety uniform-like costumes.

Drones, remote-controlled toys, drugs, or gas masks.
-
Helmets, glass containers, large bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″).

Laser pointers, air horns, open cigarette packs.
-
Outside food or beverages, pets, and professional recording equipment.

Stickers, flyers, large umbrellas, chairs, toy guns.
-
Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, pepper spray, and fireworks.
